This weeks guest on Stand Out with Ian O&rsquo;Connell is Ashling Thompson is an Irish sportswoman. She plays camogie with her local club, Milford, and with the Cork county team. Ashling has endured a lot of trauma in her life as well as a car accident in 2009 caused severe muscle damage to her neck and back and led to a period of mental illness. Ashling has 3 club all Ireland medals as well as 5 county All Ireland medals and 3 all star awards so far.
