Staten Island NY folklore about a Janitor that worked at a notorious school that was known for their unethical practices on children, was sentenced for murder and abuse. Too unstable for prison was sentenced to a mental institution. This man escaped back to the shut down school lingering around preying on children....his name became known as CROPSEY.
