Hello Spiritual Kittycorns, and welcome back to another episode of the podcast!
On today’s episode, I talk about the Ego Death and Surrendering to the Void.
It’s the breakdown before the breakthrough, the dark night of the soul moments when the old sense of self is dissolved in order to recreate a new better and brighter version. That in-between phase where we no longer identify with our old self but we haven’t yet fully stepped into our next-level self. That seemingly chaotic and crumbling period we look back on and say THAT was a defining moment in my life and it was a necessary blessing in disguise.
Sometimes we choose to step into a new version of ourselves that brings upon these uncomfortable shifts, and sometimes the universe slaps us across the face with them (too soon, Chris Rock?). Either way, we can either choose to see these moments as happening TO us, or happening FOR us. I highly recommend the latter!
