Andrea Kogan has a PhD in Religious Studies from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo. She is the author of the book “Espiritismo Judaico” (“Jewish Spiritism”) and her research interests are in Brazilian religions, religious syncretism and contemporary Judaism.
