I am dedicated to empowering women who have faced adversity, including sexual

abuse, eating disorders, and mental health challenges. Drawing from my own

transformative journey-overcoming personal struggles, finding love, and embracing

motherhood at nearly 50-I aim to inspire and guide women to achieve their goals. With a

rich history of leadership and advocacy, including leading a team of 500 and advocating

for mental health for over a decade, I offer a unique perspective on resilience and

growth.

Through my blog, Gtopia, I share insights on living with mental illness as an expatriate

in Costa Rica, fostering a community of support and empowerment. My mission is to

help women transform their lives, just as I have transformed mine, and to support them

in realizing their fullest potential.
