We all know Speedrunning can be a pain in the ass sometimes. Besides learning and getting better at the game which can already be really hard there is much more to learn and to endure as a speedrunner the further you want to get.

So today I invited Simply, a very experienced speedrunner who went through a lot. We ended up talking about all the critical points in his career such as his hand issues, problems with mindset and the grind in the competitive field of speedrunning. He is explaining a lot from his perspective and is giving great advice on given topics.
