children are sponges. they are sponges to our energy, our words, our habits and our beliefs.  if you don't want your kids to hit the same glass ceiling that you're hitting, listen to this.

As an introvert myself, I know how easy it is to lose hope in humanity when we see people behave in selfish ways. 
And wishing that things would just be different doesn't get us very far.

Im here to remind you that you have what it takes to make things better. That there's a purpose to the pain you have seen in your life. I hope that you feel empowered to speak up for yourself and for people like you in order to be the change you hope to see. 
I hope that you can learn from your life experiences and take the lessons but leave the suffering.
