Today on the Speak Spokane I am joined by Tony Epefanio with Mixed Plate, the Greater Spokane Food Trucks Association.

We talk about starting the Greater Spokane Food Trucks Association. Early in the 2010’s Tony and a number of independent Spokane food trucks got together and created the GSFTA. The goal of their association being to continuously advocate, promote and encourage the growth of food trucks in our Spokane & Coeur d’Alene community.

We also talk about the non-profit GSFTA Gives Back directly supports Food Trucks Feed Our Future which helps provide hot meals and makes basic resources accessible to the homeless youth in the Greater Spokane area.
