In this episode of Speak Free, we converse with three of the Minneapolis protest organizers following the murder of George Floyd. Together we process the legacy of George Floyd as a mentor and how his death inspired the people close with him to take to the streets, followed close behind by the most other cities in the country and even world. They share stories of how the events of the uprising brought them and their community closer together, all guided by their 'collective conscious' and mutual love. Through these conversations we brainstorm ways in which the black community can connect to the 'collective conscious' and attain liberation through education and abolition, in creative new forms.
