All the events of last year led me to this moment- starting 2023 in a very slow and intentional way. At the end of 2021, I walked away from my international teaching career after experiencing pandemic burnout. Since then, I've been learning how to build a life that feels more aligned, intentional, and true to myself. Today, I'm a multi-passionate creative, professional organizer (dream job!), writer, and a yoga and mindfulness teacher. 

Here, I share openly about the moments when life feels too small, the cost of starting over, embracing the unknown, career transitions, following your heart, and transformative experiences, like Path of Love and walking the Camino de Santiago.
