Episode 535 / Tyreek Morrison

Tyreek Morrison is an Atlanta-based collage artist born in New Jersey and raised in Atlanta. Tyreek works with collage, found materials, paper, paint, and drawing to explore Black American life through memory, identity, and everyday moments. Tyreek also is an accomplished skateboarder and frequent collaborator with Lil’ Wayne. 

Shows and venues include Future Fair, Alday Hunken Gallery, Charley Palmer Fine Art, the Emma Darnell Aviation Museum, Scope Fair, and Atlanta Art Fair, with a forthcoming collaboration with his father next spring, among other projects.
