Michele is a massage therapist, reiki master, meditation teacher, marriage officiant, and author.  She's the author of the adorable new children's book Rio And Silas With Love, as well as a co-author with me in The Great Pause. 

In this conversation, Michele speaks about how a broken ankle, with the pain and the physical therapy, helped to her fall deeper in love with herself.

Of this conversation, what stood out most to me were the life lessons she learned from fostering a stray mama dog and a litter of puppies.
