We should all be ready for personal evangelism. Personal evangelism is the sharing of the Gospel on a one-on-one basis. It's different from public preaching or sharing the Gospel to many people. Unlike preaching, personal evangelism is a task that all of us should be doing by God's grace and whenever the Lord gives us an opportunity.
