In this episode, the lads discuss how life can be a rollercoaster, and how enjoying the ride can often be the best thing to do. They're both going through big transitions in life in terms of employment (or lack thereof) and discuss how this is affecting their everyday life. Aidan is asking himself "Can I grow right now, if so do I always need to grow?" as they discuss the importance of self-care. Stephen and Aidan are going to re-read one of their favourite books the Alchemist and challenge listeners to join them in doing so which they will talk about later in the season.
