Here she discusses her journey with Stephen and Aidan and how she teamed up with the <a href="https://www.instagram.com/consciouscupcampaign/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Conscious Cup Campaign</a> and how she managed to drink 103 pints. In late 2020 Aidan and Stephen began walking in the evenings together through their local forest park and felt their discussions were interesting, thought-provoking and made them feel healthier in both body and mind.
