Traveling has become easier, less expensive and more accessible. We have increasing access to cheap flights which gives us an opportunity to explore the world. From taking a gap year to challenges like visiting 30 countries by the age of 30, traveling has become important in our lives. So important that we would even risk our lives to get the ultimate photo of ourselves in the craziest places.
But with the growing urgency to save our planet and reach net-zero emissions, isn’t it hypocritical to prioritise our own experiences over our climate change concerns?
