On today’s very special episode of Songmess we are joined by Mexican-American singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and producer, Jackie Mendoza! The Tijuana-San Diego native sat down with us on the eve of her performance at Festival NRMAL and we discussed her time in musical theater, growing up on the US-Mexico border and her last few years in NYC, where she has become a rising star of the perennially buzzy local scene.Featured Artists: Jackie Mendoza, Myuné, Angélica García, Lido Pimienta and Niños Indigo.Jackie Mendoza Bandcamp: https://jackiemendoza.bandcamp.com/Jackie Mendoza Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/artist/2ZIEeX505EvIuA10fNgnHa?si=XMuXrodpQcqitxKrt0za8AJackie Mendoza Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/jackiemendozaaa/Jackie Mendoza Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/jackiemendozaaa/?hl=enJackie Mendoza Twitter: https://twitter.com/jackiemendoza__Richard Villegas Instagram: www.instagram.com/rixinyc/?hl=enSongmess Instagram: www.instagram.com/songmess/?hl=es-laSongmess Facebook: www.facebook.com/songmess/?ref=settingsSongmess Twitter: twitter.com/songmessmusicSongmess Merch: https://songmess.threadless.com/#BOPS Playlist: https://open.spotify.com/playlist/2sdavi01h3AA5531D4fhGB?si=Ot9Ke2TnSLevg1dXB8cnEASubscribe to Songmess on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Stitcher, Google Play or SoundCloud, find us on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, and contact us at [email protected].
