Fill cocktail shaker with ice, 4 ounces bourbon, 4 ounces applejack, 2 ounces maple syrup, and 1dash Angostura bitters. 2. Fill a pot with 2” oil; preheat to 350° F.2. Hard-boil eggs; shock in ice water and peel.3. Scoop egg yolks out and place into a mixing bowl; set whites aside.4.
