Before I used feel like I need to accomplish something first or be somebody first before I could start serving. This is really common, you know. We often times feel like we need to be rich, to be famous, or be successful first before we can start serving. because, hey, we really cannot give what we don't have right?
In this episode, my friends and I had the opportunity to serve at Bahay Pag-asa in Caluan, Laguna. The facility helps children in conflict with the law and children at risk to become better members of the society. And you know what? I also got to talk to Tatay Manny who is one of the people who run the facility. He shared his reason why he's doing what he's doing and it blew me away!
If you feel like you can't serve yet because you're "not there yet", because you feel you need to succeed in something first or be somebody first, this episode is a must!
