- He is driven by the compulsion to control and torture his victims,
- He claims that after watching The Collector, this stuck with him and helped to develop his obsessions.
- most of his victims die in horrific manners, with each capture and torture escalating greatly.
- Robert is a sexual sadist who terrifies and heinously tortures his victims over long periods.
- One victim was tortured for a period of two weeks,
- Victim 6 escaped and the police arrested, charged and brought this horrible person to justice.
