Hey, my name is bec, I have been sober since 2018. I was a mum on a perpetual cycle of wine o'clock. Before kids, I would blame it on the stress of work. Looking back, I was addicted to the feeling alcohol gave me when my nervous system was dysregulated. That first sip just took the edge off. I couldn't stop at one, soon, it became a bottle, then 2.
This episode is about failure, not so much about perceived failure in sobriety (trust me, I fell off the wagon more times than I can count) but more about how we can find success in every failure, plus 3 tips to flip the script on failure.
