Katrina Le Cong is a trained Occupational Therapist and Principal Lecturer at Otago Polytechnic in the Bachelor of Social Service. In 2022, she completed her Masters thesis “Wairua: Te ātaahua kaiwhatu - The beautiful weaver: Incorporating wairua into tertiary education”.
