This story, by Len Wein, Gil Kane, Anthony Tollin, John Costanza, Julius Schwartz, first appeared in 1986 (with a cover by Ed Hannigan, Gil Kane, Ricardo Villagran) and features both the Dan Garrett and Ted Kord versions of Blue Beetle.
