JC continues the 1st Street Gang's tradition of pranks by giving protege Hot Rod his first task.  Which is to roll the school counselor's Dodge Ram down the steep hill onto main street. The deaf man's dog scratches his leg every time the door bell rings or the phone rings.  Also, Brian & Robbie enjoy their COD prank on the school's principal.
