This week's guest is Candice Cepeda! She is a Speech-Language Pathologist based out of Long Island, New York. She is a school-based therapist who works in a special education school servicing middle school aged students (grades 6-8) with moderate to severe language impairments. In addition, after school she provides in-home health care therapy services for preschool and school aged children exhibiting articulation and language impairments.
We have a much needed discussion on the hot topic of teletherapy. We discuss resources, activities, the pros and cons and the impact it has had on both clinicians and families.
