Goals for 2020, spiritually, physically, relationship wise and business wise

Health/Physically: increase an active day

Spiritually: Put meditation or some stretching -- some “initial time to just deep breath”

Relationship: less screen time in the Evening time -- cont. To make efforts for small/big getaways..

Business wise: Less stress in busy moments-- learning to be a better clear explainer -- sometimes it's hard to get out what you want it to say when your mind is running so fast.
