Jack Fennell is a skateboarder from Harmonstown, Dublin. He's been skateboarding for over a decade and has even won the All Ireland Skateboarding Championships in 2014. After becoming a dad, Jack has focused his aspirations on becoming a role model not only for his son Jamie but also young skaters. 

In this episode, Evan and Jack talk about what got him started in skateboarding, how the sport has helped him with his mental health struggles, and encouraging young men to open up about their emotions to create a positive change in their mental health.
