Today is a hot topic about a young woman who was fired from her job because she engaged in a conversation about the protests. 

She did not initiate the conversation however because she was the only black or African American person explaining the real reason behind the protests, she was fired. 

Although the Title VII Civil Rights Act is for employers who have over 15 employees, this employer certainly does not get a pass to discriminate.
