Richard Marc  Evonitz (aka Dick)  was an American serial killer, kidnapper, and rapist responsible for the deaths of three girls in Spotsylvania County, Virginia and the abduction and rape of a 15-year-old girl in Richland County, South Carolina. One  victim was able to escape and good old Dick fled to Sarasota, Florida, where he killed himself after being surrounded by police.
