Sit with me as we hear from a good friend of mine from my Active Duty days in the US Army, "Doc" Sean Davis. Doc talks about he felt that his addiction started in the Army while stationed in Vicenza, Italy. Doc shares some intimate stories of when he was in the Army and how that culture really shaped his addiction. He speaks about getting out of the Army and trying to adjust to his civilian life while this lingering Addiction was right around the corner. Doc talks about getting hooked on Meth, Heroine and Cocaine and how his life started to plummet because of his use and abuse. He talks about being involved with the Justice system and going to Rehab. Doc has been clean for 3 and a half years from all mind altering substance. We talk about Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) and how it has helped him get clean and sober and stay that way. Doc Davis is a true miracle story of transformation. It is my pleasure to call him not only Friend but also Brother in Recovery. Enjoy!!!
