Sit with me as we hear from Richard Young, My Dad and as he says "But wait, there's more." In this episode we hear about some of the mental anguish he went through when he was younger. Having to fight on the streets of Prince Georges County Maryland set up a life filled with anger, rage and violence. He speaks about some of the things that he went through in his home when he was younger and his relationship with his brother and grandfather. He speaks about depression and how he felt it ruled his life for a long time. My dad talks about periods of his life where he felt his depression was at an all-time high and can account for instances that brought him to that place. He speaks about suicide ideations and attempts and what led him to feel the way that he did. NOW he is on a quest for peace and we talk about what looks and is different for him now and what peace means to him. Enjoy!!!
