There is a racial reckoning happening and while many are shocked by it, it has been in the making for a very long time. This reckoning has sparked many uncomfortable conversations between family, friends, employers, employees, peers and everyone in between. But these conversations are difficult to have and while many shy away from it, many are willing to step outside their comfort zone and do the work needed so that we can start moving towards a solution
