In this conversation I sat down with Gabe Santner Director of the mentoring program at Quinsigamond Community College, which is located in Worcester Massachusetts. We talk about the mentoring program, where it started, where it is now and what the expectations are for the future. Gabe also shares ways how colleges can start a mentoring program of their own, and how individuals and organizations can get involved and be a mentor.
