Today ​we're ​sitting ​down ​with ​Ed ​Sibson, ​Head ​of ​Sailing, who​ ​leads ​the ​sailing ​provision ​at ​RHS. ​He ​has ​coached ​many ​school ​and ​university ​team ​races ​and ​is ​actively ​involved ​in ​training ​and ​assessing ​dinghy ​instructors ​and ​race ​coaches. ​We ​talk ​to ​him ​about ​RHS's ​expansive ​sailing ​provision ​and global ​reputation, why ​all ​Year 7's experience ​a ​week ​of ​sailing ​in ​their ​first ​term, ​the ​strategies ​needed ​for ​team ​racing, ​and ​which ​would ​be ​his ​desert ​island ​boat ​if ​he ​could ​only ​pick ​one! ​
