Welcome to my Let's Talk series. It's dedicated to be all natural with thoughts and feelings of the world around us. 

The values of my podcast is built on the concept of Sankofa. Sankofa means to go back and get it. In my podcast I use this framework to go back into our history, recall the information, and apply it to my everyday life. 

I do commentary on journal articles related to African American Studies (that was my major) and my objective is to expand on those articles and create a meaningful  discussion around the topic.
