 <li>2 parts Whiskey</li>
 <li>1 part Kahlua</li>
 <li>1 part Orange liqueur</li>
 <li>Orange bitters</li>
 <li>Orange rind strips</li>
</ul>
Instructions
<ul>
 <li>In a shaker, combine Whiskey, Kahlua and Grand Marnier together with a couple ice cubes. Shake until thoroughly chilled.</li>
 <li>Wipe the rim of a cocktail glass with a strip of orange rind.</li>
 <li>Pour mixed alcohol into a cocktail glass and add 2 shakes of orange bitters.</li>
 <li>Garnish with a strip of orange rind used to rim the glass.</li>
