Man, what a great episode!

Matt talks with Co-Founder and Owner of Wood’s High Mountain Distillery and  Salida, CO Mayor, Mr. P.T. Wood.  This was a great opportunity to talk with someone doing some really cool stuff within the existing TTB standard of identity to make a specific interpretation and expression of a single malt spirit.
