"Sticks and stones may break my bones but names will never hurt me," is a phrase kids in my day grew up hearing. But any time we were ever called an undesirable name it did hurt. The words we say hold a lot of power. Our words can build others up or tear them down. In this episode I share a little about words and the impact they have on ourselves and those around us.
