I talk with so many people that are given labels for what they have. They are told that a virus, bacteria, fungus, inflammation, allergies, food, heck maybe even the sun are the root cause to their illness. While its easy to point the finger outside ourselves, attacking these outside causes hasn’t solved anything…...instead it leaves you stuck chasing the symptoms, feeling overwhelmed and defeated. . As you know, I like to keep things simple. I don’t believe that these are the root causes to illness and I have a simplified way of explaining why,  in today’s episode.
