Last episode of the season! Master Steph joins me again to talk all about narcissistic personality disorder (npd), and most importantly the scary real life effects of narcissistic abuse. It can have detrimental effects on the brain and one's mental health. I also played a tik tok made by Lee Hammock (@mentalhealness) to get into the topic of gaslighting, manipulation, and reactive abuse. We also talk about an article that was sent to me about a woman, Vanessa Reiser, who survived narcissistic domestic abuse, who is currently running a marathon in a wedding dress to bring awareness to the topic.
