Kristine Santa-Coloma Rohls, Chief Inclusion, Diversity and Equity Officer (CIDEO) leads Slalom's inclusion, diversity, and equity (ID&E), sustainability and impact (S&I), and US People Teams. She is focused on infusing ID&E and S&I into every aspect of the company's business and culture.
Before joining Slalom, Kristine served as a Vice President at Booz Allen Hamilton, leading a $250M portfolio of business, responsible for an organization of 700+ consultants.
She graduated from the University of Florida and started her consulting career with Andersen Consulting, now Accenture, where she designed and built customer billing systems for large utility companies.
Kristine is proud to have served as Slalom’s Executive Sponsor for Unidos, a community for team members to engage with Latinx culture and to help set the bar for inclusion and diversity in the workplace.
Kristine lives in Northern VA with her husband and two children and finds joy in participating in various fitness programs for both physical and mental well-being, and watching her kids perform in community theater.
