Alexia Clayborne, J.D. (she,her), is the Director, D&I and Accessibility, Marketing & Consumer Business for Microsoft. She believes that team empowerment is critical to organizational success, as is an anti-racism lens that actively works on undoing systemic racism, and a company-wide approach that combats ableism. She is a federally certified French translator and interpreter, three sport varsity athlete and martial artist. Alexia is a champion for Autism awareness, a cause which is near and dear to her heart as the mother of a beautiful non-verbal child on the spectrum.
