Originally from Puerto Rico, Jennifer Lopez-Reed moved to the US to complete her Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering at Purdue University before enjoying a long, successful career with Eli Lilly and Company, first in manufacturing and quality and then on the business side. She is currently Lilly's Sr. Director of Global Recruiting and Talent Acquisition.

With over 18 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Lopez has led several projects as a Six Sigma Black Belt, managed two sites including Lilly's first acquisition, and managed major company transformations. 

In parallel she has also found success in Dancing (as a former NFL Cheerleader) and Fitness (currently as a Zumba Education Specialist). 

Jennie serves on the Board of Directors of Genesis Research, a global value demonstration company. In 2020 she was selected as Eli Lilly’s Working Mother of the Year.

Finally, she enjoys making intentional fun memories with her family, including her children Izzie & Ethan — who are the why and the fuel for everything she does.
