Lonely are those whose hearts are empty. If our hearts are filled with gratitude and if we have connected with our inner core which is whole and complete...where is there space for loneliness? The word Solitude also means isolation--a state of being alone by choice. It is a time when a person intentionally seeks to be alone with their thoughts, feelings and experiences. So ditch Loneliness and seek Solitude.
