Lauryn is a twenty four year old Welsh heptatlete and medical student, whose dedication to achieving has been at the forefront of both her careers, but alongside these inspirational roles.

Lauryn also strives to support others with their mental health both in and out of the sporting and medical worlds and shares with us both her personal journey, and her journey of helping others.
