Listen ya’ll this week’s topic is one I’m still learning to deal with; still learning to understand; but most importantly still battling.

Codependency is defined as excessive emotional or psychological reliance on a partner, typically one who requires support on account of an illness or addiction.

I saw it growing up and lived it most of my life. I have been on BOTH ends of a codependent relationship and I can tell you that the battle is never completely over.
