On episode 7 of Shop Talk Studio, I sit down with Cassie Bruscato, owner of CrossFit Chivalry & NELA Macros. Cassie has been active in the community through fitness and church for several years. I wanted to talk with Cassie as not only she’s the owner of my home gym, but she also has built a truly breathtaking community at CrossFit Chivalry. In this episode, we goof off a little bit about the coaches, and talk about some of the steps her and the team at Chivalry had to take to preserve her community through Covid-19 and other obstacles.
