Often, when we hear the story of the rich young ruler, we focus on how hard it is for the rich to get into heaven. How the young man was told to give everything away and follow Jesus. Some even say that Jesus hates the rich or that he is a socialist! Sadly, they have missed the entire point. Jesus loves all of us, including the rich, and just wants to make sure our hearts belong to him!
