This woman is bold, courageous, and kind! With 27 years of experience as a therapist, Judith has a wise and fascinating perspective on what does (or doesn't) make the therapy experience useful for the healing process. Perhaps more insight-revealing than any training she's undergone, she also has many years of experience with some of the toughest challenges life presents to humans. On top of it all, she has an EXCELLENT sense of humor. 😎
Enjoy this episode for a taste of some fine Dutch feminine wisdom! 😍
Judith Puttiger works as a mental health contextual therapist in The Netherlands. In her own practice, she works with clients through a combination of individual and group therapy, drawing on a variety of methods, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), (family) constellation work, parts work (Internal Family Systems), and Compassionate Inquiry (CI). She doesn't work with the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM). In Judith's eyes, therapy is not about what's wrong with you, but what happened to you and how it impacted you. There is nothing wrong with you, you don't need to be fixed. ❤️🔥
Judith is a mother of two sons, married, and a dog owner. She is a music lover, plays drums and likes to go to festivals to watch obscure bands. 🥳
