With Resurrection Sunday or Easter one week away it caused our pastor to pause and think about the significance of this time of year. We spend a lot of time looking at scripture and discussing various topics from the bible which is good and appropriate. However, spending more time focused on  the week before HIS death, burial, and resurrection seems to be the best topic of discussion. The death, burial, and resurrection was foretold in the old testament prophecies.  Several times it is mentioned 700 plus years before HIS arrival, birth, and ministry. His arrival and ministry represents something, a larger plan by GOD and HIS divine purpose.
